What is the G.R.E. ! ? !

The GRE stands for the Graduate Records Exam, and is used by most colleges to determine admission to graduate school. MSW Programs usually require a score of 1050 to 1200.

The FULL GRE consists on many smaller tests. The 3 major ones you should care about are the Math, English and Logic Sections.

Each of these three tests are scored from 200 to 800 points. No MSW program uses the LOGIC TEST. Do it but forget about it. Your GRE Score is the combination of your MATH and ENGLISH scores.

Examples:

You score a 400 on the MATH and a 600 on the ENGLISH and your GRE SCORE is 1000.

If you are poor in MATH and Score a 300, but increase your ENGLISH score to 750 you now have a 1050 !

The FREE HELP is designed to increase your vocabulary and therefore increasre your ENGLISH SCORE.

Starting March 15th, I will be sending out 2 vocabulary words per day to REGISTRANTS.

Over the course of your last year as a BSW you should be able to increase your vocabulary by about 700 words, all of which are likely to be found on the GRE ENGLISH EXAM.
